When do I need a topographic survey?
Before design work starts on any significant project: site layout, drainage, cut-and-fill calculations and foundation design all need accurate ground data. Building on a sloped or poorly understood site without one is how drainage disasters happen.
How long does a topographic survey take?
Typically 1 to 2 weeks for a standard plot, depending on site size and vegetation. The surveyor works on the ground, then we deliver contour maps and the digital terrain model.
Can you survey land in other states?
Yes, on request. Field teams mobilise from our Benin City HQ to anywhere in Nigeria for larger or special projects.
